As part of the exhibitors package, we provide the following
services to our USA Pavilion Exhibitors:
1.
Hotel Reservation
OAA Dubai negotiates with a number of hotels of different costs,
normally in the vicinity of the exhibition center. A list of the
hotels and their prices for the USA Pavilion exhibitors at Gulfood
2012 is available in the
Exhibitors section.
2.
Catalogues
There are two catalogues of interest to the USA Pavilion exhibitors.
These are:
a.
The DWTC Official Show Catalog
for Gulfood which is produced by the organizers publishers, ITP.
This is black and white catalog and in size of 6.5 x 9.25 inches and
includes all the companies at the Show and is distributed at the entrance of the show. Your companys entry in this
catalog is free of charge.
A Black and white and colored ads are
accepted at a cost.
b.
The
USA Pavilion Catalog
This
is produced by the USA Pavilion Coordinator. It will be distributed free of charge at the Pavilions Information Booth. It
is colored and in size of 8.5 x 4.5 inches and includes all the USA
Pavilion exhibitors contact information, a brief write up of their
companies activities, products and logo in a dedicated page for
each. Your companys entry in this catalog is free of charge.
Colored one page ads in this catalog are accepted at a nominal fee.

3.
Shipping and Clearing of Samples
The exhibitor is responsible for delivery of samples to Dubai.
Once your samples arrive in Dubai, our clearing agent will be
responsible for clearing them through Customs at Dubai ports,
storing and delivering your samples to your booth on the set-up day,
at no cost to you for clearing and transportation to the show site.

4.
Booth furniture
Shell Scheme
Please note that the Shell Scheme booths of dimension 3 x 3 m will
include the following furniture/ equipment listed below:
Carpeting
The U.S.A. Trade Show Logo
The company name, booth and booth number, in English
3 x 100w spotlights
1 x 13 ampere electrical outlet (220V) (These are all to be double
plug outlets)
1 x White display desk with storage shelf and lock 90L x 50W x 100H
cm
1 x Table
3 x Chairs
2 x White, upright display unit with 5 shelves, 50 x 50 x 250 cm
(this may be substituted by adequate number of shelves if the
exhibitor wishes to)
1 x connecting shelf unit, 50 x 30 x 140
1 x Waste basket
Note on booth shelving: If requested by exhibitor, up to 5 shelves- wall mounted can be
substituted for the 2 upright display units.
Note:
A list of additional furniture that you may desire to rent will be
sent to you once a contractor is selected for the construction of
the pavilion.
Space Only
Exhibitors building their own booths must have their booth design
approved by the USA Pavilion Coordinator and DWTC.
5.
Transportation
Free shuttle service to transport USA Pavilion exhibitors from the
Show site to selected nearby hotels will be provided for the end of
each exhibit day. Therefore, you are kindly requested to inform us
if you are interested to use this service and the name of the hotel
you have booked in. The idea is to help the USA Pavilion exhibitors
to get out of the exhibition halls area to their hotels or nearby
hotels where it would be easier to find taxis to their further

The World Trade Centre metro station
allows direct access to the venue from prominent
locations around Dubai. The station (number 22) is on the
Red Line within Zone 5.
Trains run every 7 minutes to all major
business, tourist and residential areas, and with options
such as Park and Ride, or feeder buses which connect the
neighbourhood to the metro, there is all the reason to
utilise this efficient and cost effective mode of transport.
Using the metro not only saves your time and reduces traffic
on the roads, but also lowers our carbon footprint which
helps us work towards a greener environment.

operational with a station located in DICEC (Exhibition Hall) area.
6.
Internet
Free internet service is provided at the USA Pavilion business
lounge for the USA Pavilion exhibitors use only.
Wi-Fi capability may be rented at the Exhibition
Center for individual use.
7.
Dinner Reception
Traditionally the Dinner reception for the USA Pavilion exhibitors
is held on the second day of the Show at a nearby hotel. Major trade
contacts from the Middle East are also invited to attend.
8.
Cleaning, Carpentry and Electrical Services
Cleaning, carpentry
and electrical services throughout the exhibition hours are provided
free of charge by the pavilion contractor whose staff is available
in the Pavilion.
